Do I need an appointment?
No, we welcome walk-in customers. Appointments can be made Monday through Sunday at one of our three locations:

Do you provide alterations?
Yes, professional alternations are available on-site at reasonable rates
Ordering, Payment Options & Returns
What if you don’t have the bridal gown or my bridesmaid gowns in the sizes and colors I want?
We carry over 500 gowns in stock but if we don’t have your size or style we can order almost anything. We can fit any Bride. We offer dress sizes from 2 to 30 and custom alterations are on-site.
What do I do if I have a bridesmaid who is very tall or wears a plus size?
Don’t worry, several styles are available up to a size 48. Additionally, many gowns can be ordered extra length.
Can I get extra fabric?
Yes, extra fabric can be ordered from some manufacturers.
How will my out-of-town bridesmaids and ushers order their dresses and tuxedos?
No problem, we work with many brides that have both bridesmaids and ushers that live out-of-town. We will work with you to obtain all the necessary information needed to order the bridesmaid dresses or tuxedos.
How long will it take for my bridesmaids’ dresses to arrive?
Normally it takes 12 to 14 weeks once a dress is ordered to get it delivered in the store. Remember to also allow time for alterations.
Do you have payment options?
We accept cash, check and major credit cards. We also have a lay-away program.
Do you accept returns?
In keeping with industry standards for bridal and special occasion apparel, all sales are final.
